Please bring your own Foam Roller and a tennis ball or other type of ball if you have one. We have a few extra Foam Rollers but not enough for everyone. This is an accessible meditation practice that cultivates multiple levels of well-being. It is a simple way to reduce stress and promotes deep rest and relaxation. This class is usually done in Savasana (Corpse) pose so dressing in layers and bringing blankets and/or pillows so you are comfortable is encouraged.

With the goals of accessing library resources and advancing your family research, educator Sue Ennis will guide participants through successful research methods to find information and stories about your ancestors. Other topics will include: types of records, organizing findings, and preserving stories. Bring your own technology or a USB thumb drive to save your discoveries.
