  4. 11:40 AM - Yoga Nidra 4 week session- pre-registration required

    4 week session. Pre-registration required at least 3 days in advance. If minimum is not met, participants will be notified by email. This is an accessible meditation practice that cultivates multiple levels of well-being. It is a simple way to reduce stress and promotes deep rest and relaxation. This class is usually done in Savasana (Corpse) pose so dressing in layers and bringing blankets and/or pillows so you are comfortable is encouraged.

    Define and strengthen your body in this awesome muscle conditioning class! This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire. We will use hand weights, weight bars, body weight, bands, kettlebells and other equipment to tone your upper body, lower body, and core! All fitness levels are welcome!

  6. Yoga Basics - 7:45 PM - 4 week session. Pre-registration required.

    Each week we will focus on a different aspect of your practice. Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Floor Postures, Twists and Back Bends. Alignment and modification cues will be emphasized and props will be used. Please join us - any body can do Yoga! Please bring a mat - we do have a few extra!
