The alternative to Sunday football! During these 90 minute classes, you will have plenty of time to warm up the body for the invigorating vinyasa flows, mixed with longer holds, that will follow. Be prepared to sweat, but you are welcome to make the class as gentle or as challenging as you like. There will be lots of opportunity towards the end of class for floor postures, leading to your final Savasana. The classes are geared toward the Yogi who has a basic knowledge of Yoga, but all are welcome and modifications will be given. Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
