This class is done sitting or standing next to a chair. You'll get a great stretch and work on balance too! Although this class can be very challenging, modifications are provided!

Pre-register at least 3 day sin advance of class. In minimum is not met, class will be cancelled and participants notified by email.
Thirty minutes of Pilates followed by 30 minutes of Yoga. Come for one or stay for both!
