December 4-8 is the final week of yard waste collection in 2023. Place green top cart or biodegradable paper bags curbside for collection on regular pickup day.
Schedule the final yard work-weekends of the season - time for yard waste collection is running out.
Yard waste collection ends the week of December 4-8 on a resident’s regular pickup day.
Residents are reminded:
• Always use biodegradable paper bags. Leaves/lawn trimmings in plastic bags will not be collected.
• Remove dirt, stones, litter, and other debris from leaves.
• Place green top carts and/or paper lawn bags at curb the night before pickup to ensure collection.
• Do not overload yard waste carts or lawn bags.
• Limit the number of bags left at curb to ensure a timely collection.
No sticker is necessary during yard waste collection season. To order a green top yard waste cart, contact Customer Service at 724-776-4806, option 3. There is no additional fee for residents for the yard waste cart. Biodegradable yard waste bags are also available for purchase from Customer Service.
