    Classes are designed for all-levels with optional Flow. Please bring a mat or towel and water bottle. All ages welcome (Children must be under parental control at all times). In case of rain, Monday classes are not rescheduled, but Saturday classes will meet in the Venango Trails Fitness Center in the Municipal Center on Rochester Road.
