At the December 7, the Board will consider granting a revised preliminary land development application for alterations to the commercial area of the Crescent development located off Coolsprings Drive.
The project was given approval in June 2022, with revisions approved in December 2022.
The newest proposal requests an additional 600 square feet of non-residential building area – from 10,750 square feet to 11,350 square feet – to include a home store, two restaurants, and two optional buildings.
Additionally, developers have requested a new residential unit type to be constructed in lieu of previously approved single-family homes.
