With stay-at-home and quarantine-after-travel orders in effect statewide, trips to the beach and other vacation spots have been hard to take.
Because of that, non-uniformed, non-bargaining employees will be able to carry over an additional five days of vacation to 2021. The matter was approved via a resolution by the Board of Supervisors on July 30.
The resolution is a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has had on employees’ lives both at home and work.
