GHB Capital, the developer of Phase II of the Village of Cranberry Woods on a 57 acre site bounded by Franklin Road, Longtree Way and Cranberry Woods Drive, has tweaked its plans. At their February 25 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted comment on the revised plan calling for a larger apartment building to anchor its multipurpose development. The updated structure would have a larger footprint, a bigger pool, and an alternative parking garage access to accommodate 15 additional apartment units. Revised plans also call for adding larger retaining walls than those previously approved for a nearby embankment. The development includes a mix of townhomes, retail, restaurants, hotel and office space, as well as apartments. The Board agreed to consider the proposed plan changes at its March 3 meeting.
