    Puzzles will be quarantined for safety. At 1pm on Jan. 26th you will receive an email with pictures and descriptions of the puzzles. You will then have until 3pm on Jan. 27th to spend your credit(s) to claim a puzzle - 1st come, 1st served via email. Puzzles will be available to pick up through the Library’s Grab-N-Go service.

It includes an introduction to the various digital collections available, the sources contained within, strategies for discovery, and finally, case studies that demonstrate the power of using digital collections to enhance family history research.

Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.     This class will combine the strength of Barbell exercises with the cardio of Step. Barbell (weights, Kettlebells and bands may also be used in place of or in addition to the barbell!) will be used for upper body and step will be used for lower body with lots of core work too!

    Approximately half of the class is done seated and half standing with the chair used as support. As with all of our classes, "You do You". Depending on how you feel, you can make this class as challenging as you like! Shoes may be worn (if they are not, please bring a mat to stand on). A cushion or blanket might be nice to sit on.
