Customers a top priority for Netech

Cranberry’s Netech has a lot to celebrate. The project-based IT integrator is no stranger to accolades – technology leader Cisco has recognized the business as Commercial Partner of the Year, Services Partner of the Year, and Cisco Meraki Elevate Central Partner of the Year. For nine years running, Cisco has recognized Netech with the Customer Excellence Award, and for the last seven years, Inc. Magazine has listed the business in its “5000 Fastest Growing Companies” issue. Awards and applause aside, Netech credits its success to its customers and partners.

Netech Corporation got its start in 1996. Founder and CEO Jim Egen set out to create a company that would become a leading provider of customer-defined network solutions, making those services available across all devices and backed by strong support from a team of top-certified engineers. The company hasn’t looked back since, now operating 10 locations across the mid-west. Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the company opened its Cranberry Woods office in 2013, selecting the Township for its convenient and central location enabling its staff to easily reach customers in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Erie, Harrisburg, and West Virginia. Cranberry’s strong economy has provided opportunities for Netech to expand its business in the area, growing from seven to 27 employees in 2015 alone.

Netech emphasizes a clear focus on building new customer relations and providing outstanding service to its current customers and partners. The company is not limited to a specific set of industries and is able to offer solutions to meet all business needs, regardless of how unique those needs might be. A majority of the company’s customers are in the healthcare, public education, and financial industries, but other sectors are also served. To better assist its customers, Netech recently created a Mobility Practice, launching out of the Cranberry office. Netech will be utilizing AirWatch by VMware to implement mobility into a wide variety of industries.

To further recognize and thank its customers, Netech will host an appreciation event on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at their Cranberry Woods location. The “Parking Lot Party” will offer all attendees a chance to grow their professional networks and businesses. Top executive speakers from Cisco, Nimble Storage, AirWatch, and Meraki will be on hand to discuss their businesses with guests. Attendees will be treated to the “Best Pizza in Cranberry” competition featuring local restaurants showcasing their fare. Netech will donate funds from the event to the American Diabetes Association.
