Sunday Recreation Volleyball LeagueThis co-ed league will consist of teams split into different skill divisions, which include; Recreation, Intermediate and Competitive Divisions. Teams playing in the Intermediate and Competitive Divisions will have a higher skill level of play than the Recreation Division. Intermediate and Competitive players should know how to pass, set, and spike. Previous playing experience is recommended for intermediate and above skill-leveled players. Players should have a desire to want to improve their skills and enjoy some competition. A certified official will referee this level along with a representative from as assigned team. The Recreation Division will consist of recreational skill level players. This is a fun backyard type of volleyball atmosphere with some fun competition. A Parks and Recreation staff member will officiate games along with a representative from an assigned team. Your fee includes the (use of) facility, equipment, fees for officials, and t-shirts for the champions. All league information will be emailed to the team captains. Wednesday Power Volleyball LeaguePower volleyball is a competitive co-ed league for the more serious volleyball player. Wednesday Power Volleyball will consist of teams made up of A and BB skill level players. Advanced skill and play is featured in this league. This league will consist of up to 8 teams, featuring regular season play and playoffs. There will be a certified referee to officiate the games. All teams will be scheduled to keep score of the games. All league information will be emailed to the team captains. Sunday Power Volleyball LeagueThis co-ed league will consist of teams of men and at least two women. Players should have advanced skills of volleyball and enjoy the fast paced and complex offenses of the game, (i.e. the ability to run a 6-2/5-1 offense.) USVBA rules are utilized with certified USVBA officials. Each team will be scheduled to supply a down official for games. All teams will get 8 regular season games and a chance at the playoffs. Your fee includes the (use of) facility, equipment, fees for officials, and t-shirts for the champions. All league information will be emailed to the team captains. |
