Nature Trail & Championship Disc Golf Course

The project includes two miles of new nature trails, an 18-hole Championship disc golf course and a 6-hole ADA accessible recreational/learn-to-play disc golf course. It sits on the 30-acre western portion of North Boundary Park. No Hunting or Trapping Allowed Signs are posted in the North Boundary Park wooded area. 

Park Rules

  • Permits are required to use the fields for organized play. Park Shelter, and Waterpark Sun Deck Permits and Rentals
  • Alcohol is permitted in the Park by PERMIT ONLY.
  • Off-road vehicles are not permitted.
  • Skateboarding is not permitted. Skateboarding is permitted in the AE Ride Skate Park behind the Municipal Center.
  • Parks and/or fields may be closed due to weather conditions.

Pets

Pets are welcome in the Rotary Dog Park (Community Park); along the Brush Creek Trail Extension (off Commonwealth Dr. in Thorn Hill Industrial Park) and along the trails at the North Boundary Park Disc Golf and Nature Trail

A pilot program, launched in late March and running through 2021, will enable Township officials to evaluate its success and determine if it will become a permanent feature will allow pooches to walk – with their owners and on leashes – around the NexTier Loop, a paved trail that winds through the park. It is adjacent to the Disc Golf Course and Nature Trail areas, where dogs have been permitted since 2019.
