All Programs are filled first come first served. Programs may fill up quickly so register early. Some programs will have registration deadlines.
A Cranberry Township resident is defined as an individual who lives within the 16066 zip code. If your desired program is full, ask to be placed on the waitlist. Participants on a waitlist will be added according to entry order. Participants will be notified only if a space becomes available, or a new session is added.
Photo Information We may take your picture during recreation programs or at events. Photos may be displayed at the municipal center, on our website, in future program guides, in the township newsletter, or submitted to the newspaper. Please let us know if this presents a problem.
Refund Policy To withdraw or cancel a registration, please contact Parks & Recreation Customer Service at 724-776-4806 x1129. Instructors are not authorized to issue refunds or credits.
Refunds A refund will be issued if the Parks & Recreation office is notified of the withdrawal at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the class or activity. Refunds are issued by check or credited to a credit card. A processing fee of $5 is assessed for all cancelled registrations. There are no refunds after the start date of the program.
Credit on Account If the withdrawal is made 1-7 days prior to the start of the program, a Parks and Recreation credit will be placed on the household account. A processing fee of $5 per program is assessed for all cancelled registrations.
