Zoning Hearing Board
Zoning Hearing Boards are mandated by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Their major roles are, first, to provide a legal mechanism for considering appeals from property owners seeking variances from zoning requirements, and second, as a way to challenge the validity of land use determinations.
Cranberry's Zoning Hearing Board meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30 pm on an as-needed basis. Meetings are listed on the Township's Calendar:
Meetings of Boards and Commissions.
