Rainchecks are available if the Waterpark closes early due to weather conditions.

Admission Policies
- Admission is acquired through a daily admission pass or season membership.
- Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
- Children 5 years and under must be with a parent/guardian at ALL times.
- Admission may be refused to anyone with a bad cold, bad cough, inflamed eyes, open sores, or similar infections.
- Swim diapers are required for diaper age children.
- Picnic meals, food delivery, and coolers larger than the size of a lunch box are not permitted inside the facility.
- No glass and NO ALCOHOL of any type is permitted inside the facility.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility.
- Profanity or harassing other patrons will not be tolerated.
- Management has the right to refuse admittance to any individual who is not in good standing or who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Lifeguards reserve the right to determine “proper” conduct for all persons in the Waterpark facility. Any unacceptable behavior will result in correction and/or disciplinary action. Blatant disrespect and/or disregard to lifeguards’ instructions is grounds for immediate dismissal from the facility.
