Cranberry Township has made it easier to apply for a TYPE II Residential Accessory Zoning Permit. If you have scanning capabilities, you can apply online to construct any of the following:

1. Detached Garages (under 1000 square feet)
2. Decks (under 30" from grade level)
3. Sheds (under 1000 square feet)
4. Car ports
5. Greenhouses
6. Gazebo

Before you begin the TYPE II Residential Accessory Zoning Permit application process, please read all instructions. (You will be instructed to save the completed application and a copy of your property survey (showing the proposed structure drawn to scale) to your computer, before you can upload both documents to this form.
